Delivery & Returns

UK Shipping.

We try to dispatch either the same day or next working day, because no one likes to wait for their order.

We also don’t add any extra ££ on top, what we get charged you get charged, its only fair.

Standard Delivery is typically 2-3 days,

1st Class typically 1-2 days, although most will arrive the next day (excluding Sundays).

Most international orders are sent using Royal Mail but larger heavier orders will be sent by ParcelForce. For International orders, please allow up to 10 working days.

Worldwide Shipping

We deliver Worldwide! The delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and location. Please check the tables above for more information.

Most orders will be sent by ‘Royal Mail International’ service, however, orders over 2kg will be sent by Parcelforce. Which may require a signature on delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: International Orders may incur a customs or import duty fee that would have to be paid by the customer. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order to avoid any unexpected charges.

Returns & Exchanges.

It rarely occurs but every now and again we may miss small defects, we’re only human after all. A full refund will be given in this instants.

However we cannot except returns for reasons such as:

  • Miss measuring or not measuring before purchase. Seems a little harsh but we spend countless hours making sure you guys know the details.
  • Incorrect ordering.

Every item is vintage. Please don’t expect brand new clothes unless stated otherwise. We hand pick the very best vintage we can. Quality control being our highest priority.

If a return is made it must meet this criteria:

  • ALL ORIGINAL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED
  • ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS THEY WERE RECEIVED
  • ALL ITEMS HAVE NOT BEEN WORN
  • ALL ITEMS ARE FREE OF ANY ODOURS
  • ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN SALEABLE CONDITION

 

If you do not have your invoice don’t worry.  Please include your name and order number in the package and we will be able to find your original invoice.
